The Client Success Manager is a strategic partner to our clients, accountable for the successful delivery of Luminos Labs services, for driving value for the client, and promoting account expansion and retention. Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with assigned clients as a strategic advisor; work to understand their company and industry to help add value for the client and team in the delivery of our work.
  • Work with the client to build a roadmap of ongoing and new project efforts and get all information needed by the team and to ensure they are completing their assignment in a timely and quality fashion.
  • Coordinate and plan the early project discovery and planning efforts.  schedule and drive these efforts with clients, strategists, and architects.
  • Drive the creation, signing and management of client contracts and ensure the contracts cover all services, costs and risks.
  • Work with both the client and team-members to set feature priorities, within budget and schedule.
  • Track project progress and profitability.  If projects are not progressing or are not achieving profitability margins, lead the efforts to bring things back into alignment.  
  • Remain familiar with ever-evolving industry best practices, approaches and tools for digital commerce including: CMS, PIM, CRM, DAM, Shipping/Tax solutions, business intelligence, analytics, eMarketing, and digital commerce technologies.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience managing digital accounts, helping formulate digital projects.
  • 6+ year of experience negotiating with managers and executives.
  • 4+ years of experience creating digital commerce solution strategies (B2B, B2C, B2B2C e-commerce sites).
  • Ability to lead meetings and drive results with adaptable communication styles.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including UX, business (e.g. Marketing, Sales), product management and/or technology/IT/engineering)
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing or related field is ideal; however, experience can potentially replace this requirement

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Requirements
    • Participate in requirements gathering sessions with the client
    • Help the Business Analyst gather and document technical requirements
    • Review requirements documents created by the Business Analyst and supplement them with detailed technical requirements specifications
    • Review documents created by Business Analyst and Information Architect to ensure they are clear as far as what needs to be implemented
    • Support the Information Architect during wireframing and identify any technical implications or concerns
    • Be available to clarify any technical requirements for the team
  • Technical Design & Development
    • Help create the technical design for both the web application and 3rd party systems integrations.
    • Back-end development using Microsoft stack and any other required technologies
  • Project Management
    • Proactively notify the Project Manager of any task, deliverable or activity requiring further planning.
    • Propose solutions to the Project Manager and the team if timeline, budget and/or scope go off track
  • Reporting
    • Provide daily updates on progress made, blockers, risks and associated mitigation plans
  • Blockers
    • Proactively try to resolve any blockers either by coordinating with the rest of the team, with the client, or with other vendors
    • Report any unresolved blockers to the Project Manager, together with any potential solutions
  • Risks
    • Proactively identity risks and the associated mitigation plans
  • Culture
    • Create an environment that is supportive and focused on delivering value for our clients

Project Manager Lead

  • Lead multiple complex digital commerce projects and supervises one or more PMO team members
  • Own and track the planning, timeline, budget, scope, reporting, resource allocation, list of blockers and risks related to all project deliverable
  • Act as a facilitator for all project activities and be the “glue” between the internal team members as well as between the team and the client

    • Continually work with the client to manage perceptions, and ensure they have our shared perception of the work being completed.
    • Work with the client to get all information needed by the team and to ensure they are completing their assignment in a timely and quality fashion.
    • Secure and track client sign-off on all deliverables.
    • Builds a strong relationship with the client and works to uncover future work opportunities and get introduced to client partners.
  • Planning
    • Facilitate requirements gathering meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective, and other client and internal meetings, as needed.
    • Plan all meetings, by setting goals and agenda, scheduling meetings, recording major decisions and action items, and ensuring action items are completed.
    • Manage all resource allocation activities, including allocating per estimates, completing resource allocation processes, and communicating to teams their resource assignments.
    • Works with the sales team and department heads to plan project estimates and timelines for potential projects.
  • Management
    • Setup, manage and ensure the usage of the core project management team tools, templates and techniques in Luminos Agile, Jira, Confluence, Timesheet, Google Drive and Slack.
    • Proactively ensure that project stays within agreed-upon scope. Work with both the client and team members to set feature priorities within budget and estimate.
    • As change orders are identified: define, estimate and write Change Orders, then work with the client to get sign-off, before scheduling.
    • Track budget expenditure, Team Velocity, and Version Timeline progress on a weekly basis, and report to all affected parties.
    • Continuously track and work to eliminate project blockers and report to all affected parties.
    • Continuously measure, and work to mitigate project risks and report to all affected parties.
    • As invoice milestones are achieved, work with the invoicing team to send client invoices.
    • Oversees two or more large projects concurrently.
    • Actively works to help improve the PMO tools, techniques and training.
    • Trains other PMO team members.
    • Direct supervisor for one or more PMO team members.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years’ proven success as a Project Manager
  • 2+ years of supervisor experience
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own and track the planning, timeline, budget, scope, reporting, resource allocation, list of blockers and risks related to all project deliverable
  • Act as a facilitator for all project activities and be the “glue” between the internal team members as well as between the team and the client

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Planning
    • Own the planning for all project activities, including sprint planning, remote or in-person meetings, demos as well as work is done on any project deliverables
    • Plan all pre- and post-meeting activities including agendas, meeting notes and action items
    • Proactively check in with the team to find out their needs and if anything needs further resolution
    • Track team velocity and plan accordingly
  • Timeline
    • Track project timelines and update client on a weekly or as-needed basis
    • Work with the internal team to create solutions if timeline goes off track
  • Budget
    • Track budget and update client on a weekly or as-needed basis
    • Work with the internal team to create solutions if the budget goes off track
  • Scope
    • Facilitate requirements gathering meetings
    • Proactively ensure that project stays within the agreed-upon scope or create Change Orders
    • Secure client sign-off on all requirements
  • Reporting
    • Update the client on a weekly basis on all activities and deliverables, timeline, budget, scope, blockers, and risks
  • Resource Allocation
    • Track resource allocation
    • Coordinate with department heads to find solutions
    • Set and reset expectations with the client and the internal team for team capacity and availability
  • Blockers
    • Continuously track blockers and update client on a weekly basis
    • Facilitate and work with the client and the internal team to remove blockers
  • Risks
    • Continuously track risks and update client on a weekly basis
    • Work with the internal team to identify mitigation plans
    • Be proactive and continuously identify new risks and associated mitigation plans
  • Culture
    • Create an environment that is team-oriented, supportive, quality-driven and focused on delivering value
    • Serve as a role model for open and honest communication, positivity, motivation, engagement, professionalism, and fun
  • Client Management
    • Continuously communicate with the client to ensure they are happy with the work delivered, to gather feedback on what could be improved and to set and re-set expectations
  • Strategy
    • Strategize and develop mid- and long-term projects that will deliver value to our clients

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ proven success as a Project Manager
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering eCommerce projects

  • 4+ years of experience with ASP.NET/C# 4.0/4.5

  • Produce and write clear technical and user documentation as required to support the solutions

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ Years of Episerver experience is preferred
  • 4+ Years of .NET Web Development
  • OOP, design patterns, algorithms and data structures
  • Proven web development experience utilizing .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Development experience using Episerver Commerce
  • Episerver Certifications are a big plus
  • Microsoft Certifications
