Luminos Labs will fully-train your team on your specific digital commerce solution. If desired, we can provide ongoing support and guidance in a variety of ways post-launch.

Ownership and Training

Information Technology Team

  • Your developers and Luminos’ developers will have access to the same code repository.
  • Your developers will be part of the Sprint Refinement and Sprint Planning sessions.
  • Starting with the first sprint, your developers will shadow Luminos developers working on the platform.
  • During the first few sprints, your developers can work on half of the integrations facing your internal systems.
  • After a few lessons, your developers can begin working on tasks on the platform — similar to tasks completed by the Luminos developers during previous sprints. The code will then will go through a review process to follow best practices.
  • As sprints progress, your developers can take on more complex tasks on the platform.
  • After launch, your developers are capable of handling standard development tasks on the platform.

Marketing, CMS Editors, and Merchandising Teams

  • Every two weeks, you will receive a demo reporting on the progress we’ve made.
  • As part of the sprint demos, our QA engineers will show your marketers, CMS editors, and merchandisers how to create and edit content, promotions, campaigns, and products.
  • Your team will be involved in creating and updating content in the CMS during content migration and entry.
  • Several sessions of end-to-end training right before and through user acceptance testing (UAT).

Post-Launch Support Model

We work closely with you and your team to provide ongoing support and management based on your teams’ capabilities and needs.

  • Maintenance Agreement – Allocate Luminos Labs team members to provide ongoing enhancements, site improvements, training, and any needed bug fixes.
  • Strategy and Digital Marketing Executions – We can work with you to develop campaigns and provide guidance on implementation.
  • Significant Enhancements – We can offer new SOWs for additional work if you need to update your capabilities and as industry needs change.
  • Strategic Roadmap Management – We work with your team quarterly to brainstorm new opportunities, then implement those that deliver the most value.
