We’re growing! Luminos Labs opens Midwest office

It’s been an exciting year for Luminos Labs. Back in July, Gartner listed us in the 2017 Gartner Digital Commerce Vendor Guide. We helped many clients deliver exceptional results with their digital commerce strategy. Earlier in the fall, we added strategy and marketing to our capabilities, and we are ending the year with the addition of four new colleagues in our brand new Midwest office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This new team and presence will allow us to serve our clients in the region more efficiently.

Our new office is in the metro Milwaukee area, located at 2514 S 102nd Street, Suite 210, West Allis WI 53227. Easily accessible to clients and our colleagues, it is close to Highway 894 and National Avenue.

Meet the Midwest team

Our Head of Project Management, Walter Bloch, along with Episerver Technical Lead, Matthew Damon, and Project Manager, Barbara Ferro work full time in the new office. Nearby in Chicago, Roscoe Rush our new Head of Episerver Solutions, works remotely while calling Milwaukee his local office. Like all our offices at Luminos Labs, the Midwest location is dog-friendly and home to a handful of new furry friends including Tripp, the world-famous basset hound.

This new office helps our clients and our employees collaborate more effortlessly around the globe, in addition to better serving the region. Building on our leadership in global delivery the Midwest office overlaps business hours with our teams in the EU, New York City, and California, allowing the Milwaukee team to meet with all of the above each working day, improving communication and collaboration. This also allows us to provide quicker response times and travel needs for many of our client east of the Mississippi.

The new office, designed by Walter Bloch, echoes design details that have made our other team offices successful and blends them with modern style and midwest warmth. The overall goal was to create a contemporary, collaborative team space. In this environment, all team members work in a communal area that has multiple breaks out spaces. Walter describes the space as “a lounge that feels like a home but gives us many ways to work.”

We have all the essentials to help our team be successful: online collaboration tools, high-speed fiber wireless, a conference room that does not need wires, healthy snacks, and lots of natural sunlight. Our office even has an “office Alexa” to keep track of things we need and provide background music.

We are excited about our third office and look forward to working with more clients and providing more awesome digital commerce solutions. If you are considering changes to your digital commerce strategy please feel free to connect with us. We’d love to learn more and there’s no charge for initial consultations.
