We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team. The Client Success Manager is a strategic partner to our clients, accountable for the successful delivery of Luminos Labs services, for driving value for the client, and promoting account expansion and retention. Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with assigned clients as a strategic advisor; work to understand their company and industry to help add value for the client and team in the delivery of our work.
  • Work with the client to build a roadmap of ongoing and new project efforts and get all information needed by the team and to ensure they are completing their assignment in a timely and quality fashion.
  • Coordinate and plan the early project discovery and planning efforts.  schedule and drive these efforts with clients, strategists, and architects.
  • Drive the creation, signing and management of client contracts and ensure the contracts cover all services, costs and risks.
  • Work with both the client and team-members to set feature priorities, within budget and schedule.
  • Track project progress and profitability.  If projects are not progressing or are not achieving profitability margins, lead the efforts to bring things back into alignment. 
  • Remain familiar with ever-evolving industry best practices, approaches and tools for digital commerce including: CMS, PIM, CRM, DAM, Shipping/Tax solutions, business intelligence, analytics, eMarketing, and digital commerce technologies.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing digital accounts and helping formulate digital projects
  • 5+ years of experience negotiating with managers and executives
  • 2+ years of experience creating digital commerce solution strategies (B2B, B2C, B2B2C eCommerce sites) highly preferred
  • Ability to lead meetings and drive results with adaptable communication styles.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including UX, business (e.g. Marketing, Sales), product management and/or technology/IT/engineering)
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing or related field is ideal; however, experience can potentially replace this requirement

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be the bridge between the client and the team for anything technical
  • Provide consultancy for our clients on best way to leverage the Episerver platform
  • Continuously communicate with the client to ensure there is alignment on technical decisions
  • Coordinate with client and other vendors to ensure integrations with 3rd party systems are done in the best way

Detailed Responsibilities:

Strategy

  • Strategize and develop mid- and long-term projects that will deliver value to our clients.
  • Provide a blend of business and technical skills to develop approaches to eCommerce solutions.

Solution Requirements

  • Participate as a member of the discovery team in requirements gathering sessions with the client.
  • Help gather, create and review both business and technical requirements.
  • Be available to clarify any technical requirements for the team.

Technical Design & Development

  • Develop the high-level architecture for the client solution that supports their business requirements.
  • Help create the technical design for both the Episerver application and 3rd party systems integrations.
  • Back-end development leveraging the Episerver APIs, Microsoft stack and required technologies.

Client Management

  • Continuous communication with the client to ensure there is alignment on technical decisions.
  • Be the bridge between the client and the internal team for anything technical.

Project Management

  • Proactively notify the Project Manager of any task, deliverable, or activity requiring further planning.
  • Propose solutions to the Project Manager and the team if timeline, budget and/or scope go off track.
  • Proactively try to resolve any blockers or risks either by coordinating with the rest of the team, with the client, or with other vendors.
  • Proactively identity risks and the associated mitigation plans.

Culture

  • Create an environment that is supportive and focused on delivering value for our clients.
  • Serve as a role model for open and honest communication, positivity, motivation, engagement, professionalism and fun.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years developing and architecting web applications utilizing the full .NET stack, including .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC and SQL Server, with at least 2 years in a client-facing role
  • Experience with Visual Studio and productivity tools
  • Familiar with TFS or Git source control workflows and best practices to branch/merge and resolve merge conflicts
  • Solid knowledge and application of Design Pattern and Object Oriented Design and Principles
  • Experience designing and developing technical integrations with diverse 3rd-party systems
  • Ability to produce and write clear technical documentation as required to support the solutions
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing, building, and delivering eCommerce sites
  • Experience with EPiServer, Sitecore, or CMS development

  • Gather, analyse, and document all requirements: business, functional, non-functional, and technical;

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and exceeding seven figure yearly sales quotas
  • Closing clients from first meeting through contract signature – own the sales process
  • Work with the other Business Development Director(s) and CEO to develop and execute a sales strategy to increase lead generation and client acquisition in our target markets
  • Consultatively sell to prospects to understand their eCommerce and technology goals and present compelling proposals detailing the perfect digital solutions
  • Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results
  • Work with Marketing to execute and attend conferences, webinars, networking events, etc.
  • Co-sell with technology partner Account Executives by creating regionally focused sales campaigns
  • Contribute to sales and marketing thought leadership for internal development and external business development activities

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of sales experience, with 3+ in a closing role, and 2+ years of sales experience for an eCommerce agency, IT consulting firm, or digital agency
  • Knowledge of digital experience technologies across Commerce, CMS, Email, PIM, etc. and how they work together to drive omni-channel commerce for clients
  • Experience selling Episerver is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience building and maintaining your own pipeline through connections, networking, and partners
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Skills

  • Proven consultative selling skills; adding value to prospects objectives, gaining access to executive decision makers, and positioning value to different audience types (business, marketing, IT, executives, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with HubSpot a plus

Episerver Developer

Location: Cluj-Napoca

Luminos Labs, a full-service digital agency specializing in eCommerce and Microsoft Technology Stack solutions, is at the forefront of a rapidly growing eCommerce industry. We’re on a mission to help businesses succeed through world-class eCommerce websites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop websites using the Episerver CMS
  • Work with project managers and technical leads to identify requirements
  • Work with technical leads on technical design
  • Work with QA engineers on product delivery and user acceptance testing
  • Perform unit testing. Participate in peer code reviews
  • Produce and write clear technical and user documentation as required to support the solutions

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ Years of Episerver experience is preferred
  • 4+ Years of .NET Web Development
  • OOP, design patterns, algorithms and data structures
  • Proven web development experience utilizing .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Development experience using Episerver Commerce
  • Episerver Certifications are a big plus
  • Microsoft Certifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is ideal; however experience can potentially replace this requirement
