    • Identify, document, prioritize and track defects resolution to closure
    • Test metrics reports - create, maintain and share with the project team
    • Help with onboarding new QA testers on own projects and within QA department practices
    • Mentor QA team members to ensure agreed testing processes are followed and maintained
    • Participate in project meetings
    • Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders
    • Collaborate with Developers as needed to resolve problems and identify the root cause of product defects
    • Conduct demos for tested features

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 2+ years’ experience in testing web and mobi-web sites
    • Knowledge of QA methodologies and concepts
    • Knowledge of Defect Tracking tools like Jira
    • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/XP)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is ideal; however, experience can potentially replace this requirement
    • ISTQB (or equivalent qualification) is an asset but not required.
